Cordials

Our cordials are developed in our workshops with fruits, flowers, spices, cane sugar and all of our home-made know-how.

A few ideas to appreciate them:

Classic: watered down with freshwater, still or fizzy.

Snacktime: with hot or cold milk.

In the sweet and savory kitchen: for deglazing and caramelizing meat and braised vegetables, and for your marinades

When it’s dessert time: on your dairy products, fruit salads, ice-cream sundaes, milk shakes, cheesecakes…

In the evening, a dash of syrup to put together some amazing cocktails: kirs (cassis liqueur and white wine), punch, « soupes de champagne » (champagne punch), or quite simply in beer.
